If your country belongs to the EUROPEAN UNION your invoice will reflect the prices shown in the online-shop.
If your country does not belong to the EUROPEAN UNION (for example Norway, Switzerland etc.) the prices shown on the invoice will be reduced by 19% German VAT but your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. fitinstyle does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
All orders are subject to our sales conditions.
If you do have to exchange or return a product, please do so within 14 days of purchase & enclose your original receipt. Naturally, we cannot take returns on used or damaged products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. The postage for returns has to be payed by customer, returns that are not send "post paid" will not be accepted by us.
